UK Mainland Deliveries:
All orders placed by 1pm (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same day.
Orders received after 1pm are usually dispatched on the next day. Weekend orders (from 1pm on Fridays) are dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery charges are based on product weight. Most UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Service. Delivery options available at Checkout are Standard or Priority Delivery.
Standard Delivery – Usually arrives 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Priority Delivery – Usually arrives within 3 working days after dispatch.

Any information submitted to ourselves through ordering, completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us will not be shared with other commercial partners other than that necessary for performing functions such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email and providing customer service. All process of personal information will be in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Returns & Cancellations
We are able to accept returns of unwanted and unused products for a full refund within 14days of purchase. Simply send an email to email@example.com, stating the reason and you will be issued with a product return authorisation. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the ‘return postage’, which we recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service. Refunds will be processed within 14days of receiving the ‘product return.’
Similarly, if you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating that you wish to cancel your order. We will process the cancellation if the products have not been dispatched. If the products have been dispatched, you will be given a ‘returns authorisation code’ to include with your unwanted product when you return them to us at your cost (via Recorded Delivery (within 7days). We shall process the cancellation when the ‘returned product’ is received.
